👉 PROBATE SALES occur when a homeowner passes away without having a trust. Even with writing a will or leaving the property to someone else, you will still have to go through this process.
The family will have to go through probate (often by hiring a probate attorney) and go through the process to determine what assets the recently passed has.
To avoid this process, ensure the individuals have a trust set up to secure their assets and to avoid family members having to go through probate.
