👉🏼 When they tell you to WAIVE the inspection and repairs and it’s NOT a new build home.

👉🏼 Telling you to offer thousands over asking price (especially if it’s not in your budget).

👉🏼 Advising you put an offer on a house sight unseen (there are exceptions to this).

👉🏼 When you ask them about specific areas and they don’t know area stats.

🏃🏼‍♀️ RUN. Unless you are a well versed investor or flip homes, there is no scenario that should push you into any of these situations.
