It’s important to keep this in mind when you purchase or sell because it can quickly increase a home’s value, but it can also cost a bit depending on how big your space is!

🏠 Is buying is always a better financial deal than renting?

The truth: Buying a home can be a good investment – if you stay in it long enough to see a profit. Your upfront costs must be figured into a long-term cost comparison to renting a similar unit. 

Compare the result to the amount of the monthly rent you’d pay for in a similar home plus rental insurance during the same period.
